We charge one of two standard shipping rates which apply nationwide for our most common products. Rates for larger kits and orders need to be calculated. You have the choice of Counter to Counter shipping via Speed Services, or Courier Service direct to your door. The cost of your shipping option will be added to your order, which is then ready for processing upon payment. The usual shipping time is 2 – 4 days, excluding weekends and public holidays. We will assist if there is any problem with shipping services but are not responsible for delays arising from the use of their services.
This is very easy, simply browse the site and view products, when you find something you would like to order, or save it to order at a later stage, simply click the ‘Add To Cart’ button. The product is then automatically added to your virtual shopping cart, which you can view anytime, at the top right corner of the site. When you are ready to place your order just click ‘Checkout’ which will take you through the three steps, your personal details, payment and then confirming your order, it’s as easy as that!
Most products are ready to be shipped to you, from the suppliers. We make use of MDS Colivery Couriers and Speed Services, very reliable and quick service. Thus, depending on suppliers & stock, orders usually take between 1 and 4 days to reach you, from when we receive payment. We also offer personal delivery to your door anywhere in the Garden Route.
Camera Light provides a 30 day money back guarantee on any faulty, damaged or ‘dead on arrival’ goods. The products are covered by the standard manufacturer Guarantee/Warranty, which vary as between manufacturers. We will provide you with a copy or description of the applicable manufacturer’s warranty prior to accepting your order.
When returning any goods they must be packaged in a manner which will ensure their safe delivery when they reach us, in the original packaging and as packed when you received it. You are responsible for any damage caused when the goods are in transit, and not the Courier Company unless there are circumstances which warrants them being responsible for such damage.
We will also not be obliged to refund or accept the return of goods which you have purchased which do not suit your needs, or which you ordered incorrectly. Please double check before you place your final order.

As do most online stores, all pricing on the website is the price you pay. We offer the two main payment methods – Electronic Transfer and cash deposits into our account. Banking detailes are provided when ordering and your order is then processed, and and products are shipped as soon as we receive payment. Proof of payment must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
